Always being captivated by pencils and paper as a child resulted in becoming the artistic person I am today.

Hi. I’m Jolien Reumers, artist and art teacher.

From a young age, I was drawn to creating, whether it was with pencils, paper or crafts. At the end of my own school career, I decided to become a teacher myself. This truly began to unfold my creative journey. Over time, I transitioned from teaching math into teaching art. This really deepened my passion for creativity and I continued to evolve as an artist.

My creative journey has been one of exploration and growth. When I started to allow art and creativity to take over my life, I started my creative growth. This let me slowly find my spot in this world where I can keep on evolving. This creative journey is teaching me what drives my work and defines my artistic vision, the feelings I aim to share and evoke through my art.
